We've got an issue with an optic cable linking Newark to London.

The port went down after an optic was swapped.

We're looking into it with a techician on site.

No more CRC, incident resolved

The incident has been resolved - it was caused by a faulty fiber optic jumper in MMR.

We will monitor the port to see if the CRC are no longer increasing.
