The CPU is abnormally high on the 6k pair. We are investigating.

We have modified the acl concerning the issues on the CPU. We are monitoring the how
the vss-10a and b are functioning with the changes.

We have discovered two types of traffic heavily taxing the CPU. This multicast traffic is provoked automatically by certain operating systems.
We have validated the best technique to protect the CPU from these unnecessary requests.

The protections were applied and the routers have now a normal load rate.

The dyscunctioning is there again. We aree monitoring the packets which are coming to the cpu.

We found a significant number packet pointed to the cpu . We enabled the necessary protection to protect the routers.
