Currently we have 2x10G down between Milan and Frankfort.
Traffic is passing on 2x10G instead of 4x10G.

We are contacting the provider.

Engineers have successfully excavated the cable and are currently preparing the fibers for splicing. Estimated time of repair is not yet known.

Our provider has indicated that there is a cut in the fiber in Germany.
