Connection problems are currently being experienced on cluster006 / mediaplan.
We are intervening.

Problems connecting to FTP and sql databases are also being encounterd on other clusters.

We are intervening.

A faulty switch has has lead to certain web servers being unable to reach FTP and databases.

Once diagnosed, we rebooted the switch causing a switch over to emergency equipment.

The service is now running properly.

We located a fault on a switch on the infra of shared hosting (p19-73-N5). Twelve ports are down. We'll reboot equipment.
