At 9h11 the pcc-25-n5 switch was no longer pinging and its FEX were seen as disconnected. We have first suspected a software problem and we rebooted the n5.
Actually it was a hardware issue and we replaced it.
The traffic right now is not impacted: the switches work per pair and the traffic is transmitted by the 2nd n5.

Following the replacement, some FEX were up without any configuration and we had to stop the port to re-establish the connection.

The pre-provisionning (mechanism allowing the configuration of fex ports before they're up) was not applied for all fexs. The second n5 hasn't been impacted but some hosts had the traffic sent for a few seconds via pcc-25-n5 when ports were up with no configuration.

We're currently checking the configuration of each port and we will switch the ports on fex per per, once the configurations are validated.
