There is currently a problem with the air conditioning in Level5.

The standby transformer allowing to fetch redundancy has been installed.
Investigations about the failure and the final replacement of the transformer are still in progress.

The transformer is out of service.
GSW is planning to install a backup solution to maintain redundancy while replacing the faulty transformer.

As part of continuous investigations for setting up a temporary solution for total RMU resilience, we inform you that we have now finished designing a solution to set up a temporary transformer, which will feed the load that supported the faulty transformer. From tomorrow we will start to make various purchases which are necessary to implementing this solution.
As the permanent replacement of the transformer is considered high priority, we are waiting for the prices and delivery from various manufacturers.
We will keep you informed as these operations are carried out.

Here is the 1st part of the GSW incident report of yesterday:

At the end of our load tests today, we have detected a failure on one of the Level 5 transformers. No notable impact was reported at Level 5 during the load transfer.
We are currently at the stage of investigating the cause of the failure; from tomorrow morning, a team of specialists will be on site in order to carry out tests on the transformer affected. We will come back to you as soon as these investigations have been finalised. You will receive an incident report tomorrow.
