Resolved
Delivery of SSL certificates for hosting is temporarily suspended.
We are intervening on the hardware.

The intervention is complete, we are re-enabling delivery of SSL IPs.

we have detected abnormal functioning again on one of the cards.
We are blocking delivery of new SSL IPs while it is debugged,
which should take until early this evening.

The infra is made of 2 cards which are working in redundancy active/standby. One of the cards didn't respond properly. We have therefore switched the traffic on the 2nd card then we have rebooted the one causing the issue. The roboot was properly done and both cards are synchronised. We will now force the switching in the other sense in order to validate the performance of the card which has been rebooted.
