The rack has short circuited, we have identified the cause. We have temporarily switched the rack onto a new relief infrastructure while it is fixed. We should switch it back to the normal infrastructure once the probleme has been resolved, likely by tomorrow morning.

The problem has been fixed but we prefer to switch over to the normal infrastructure tonight, which will require us to shut down the servers.
The switchover was done overnight.
