The link is not stable, probably due to task # 4612.
Update(s):
Date: 2010-09-27 08:29:00 UTC Everything is OK on Mereworth as well. The hypothesis which is the most convincing is that there has been manips on one of these 2 sites during the day which impacted our link although everything was put in place later. The link is perfectly stable since yesterday night about 20h00.
We will continue on observing closely what is happening during the week-end.
Date: 2010-09-27 08:22:32 UTC The tech has just checked the patching on Postling. Everything is ok there. So now it redirects to the other extremity of the link at Mereworth.
Date: 2010-09-25 09:18:08 UTC We cut all links Roubaix <> London. The connection is not yet usable for production. It seems that the problem was not fixed in a sustainable manner during the previous intervention. We send a tech on site.
We have controlled the optical levels which are ok and reactivated links to London. The technician started the site of Postling and Mereworth and will control the jumper. There will be other cuts during the night but the traffic will be rerouted through Amsterdam.
