We are planning an overnight intervention on Mon November 18th to Tues 19th.
On the intervention agenda:
- installation of a patch relating to a supervision issue we have
been tracking for some time on the old cluster.
- correction of the ringback tones on the new cluster.
- taking charge of SIP registrations on the new
cluster. We're looking for the casue of the 403
wrong login/password problem that appears intermittently.
New intervention on the night of November 27th-28th.
- Optimisation of infrastrcuture performances

We moved over to the previous version, thereafter the complaints of supervision/recording quality degradation.

We have delayed the intervention until tonight, objective being
to remove some crashes from the supervision.

We're going to apply a new patch to the Cirpack infrastructures
tonight in order to improve the performances.
No downtime expected.

The new base takes well the recordings.
Call tests between equipment is performing good.

We are resuming the migration of sip recordings on the new cluster.

The issue is hard to fix, the end of the operation is postponed in order to get the bi-directional synchronisation work.

handling recordings with the new cluster is not working as it should.
The synchronisation of the SIP recordings is not working from the new
cluster to the old one, but still works from the old to the new one.
We have to analyse the issue.
