Incident Report for Web Cloud

Resolved

Due to a human error, those that requested deletion of a database module between 12:00 November 13th 2013 12h and 16:00 November 15th were seen to have physically delete their databases in relation to this module on the server.

Our teams are currently working to recreate the databases and restore previous backups.
We will keep you informed as the work progresses.
