To enable management of Dedicated Cloud ACEs using vRack 1.5, we will be updating the infrastructure that manages them.
After this update, all customers with a Cisco ACE load balancer ordered from the vSphere interface will be automatically assigned a vRack.
It order to have stable configurations of the infrastructure devices, we will be stop blocking ACE orders on Dedicated Cloud from Tuesday November 12th.

Migration for your configuration can be done either during the day on Wednesday November 13th, or on the night of Wednesday November 13th to Thursday 14th. Please respond to the ticket to choose the time frame that suits you best. If you response is received from you, the migration will take place on the night of 13/14th.
A few seconds downtime is expected during switchover.
Each migration will be supported to check the resilience of each infrastructure.
