Hi,
Starting tomorrow and for 24 hours we will upgrade the hubiC platform to:
- Separate the hubiC and OVH data base
- Offer OAuth and hubiC API independent from OVH, which will allow us to exploit the hubiC resources in your software.
During the maintenance that is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday), we will block the creation of new accounts and the ability to sign up for the payable offer.
Friday, after a working night, we will reopen the creation of new hubiC accounts. Also you will have to change / choose a new password for hubiC. This will allow you to enjoy hubiC, but mostly, the OAuth and hubiC API.
During the maintenance, we don't plan any problems to access the platform.
With the API you will be able to develop software using hubiC platform.
Let's talk about it on Friday night :-)

Reason for closing: Done
We are going to stop the creation of new accounts and upgrade the existing ones from 6.30pm
Let's go!
We are first disabling the upgrade feature on the site as well as the creation of new accounts.
Then, we will stop connections the time of the data update (3 to 4 hours).
The oAuth protocol will be activated in production.
We will then install the new version of the web application. A new connection password will be requested from you to be able to use the new API/oAuth.
On Friday it will be possible to create and upgrade accounts.
All connections to web services are now stopped.
The new connections in applications will be stopped.
The web services are now stopped.
For the persons who are already connected, all remains functional.
All robots are stopped: account creation, upgrade and publishing.
We are now preparing the database to receive all accounts.
The operation is in 3 steps:
- Retrieve data from the current database
- Formate data to insert it in the new infrastructure
- Retrieve data from the new infrastructure

75% of the database is imported
Import is done.
We are now testing it before reactivating the web services.
The aim is to keep the compatibility with the current applications.
Tests are positive.
Within 1 hour, the web services will be available again.
The web services are now activated.
We are activating api and oAuth.
API and aAuth are operational in pre-production.
We are putting it in production.
We are fixing the last bugs
All is working, we are opening hubic.com
API, the site and the web services are functional.
We will ask you a new connection password so you can use the new API/oAuth.
The account creation and upgrade will be back today.
The page dedicated to hubiC API is now available.

A new support platform has been put in place:

the "hubic" category of forum.ovh.com has been redirected to the new tool.
The account upgrade is now available from "my account" in the webapp
The upgrade orders will be processed from Monday.
