FS#9328 — Relaunch vCenter 5.1

In order to apply an update, we will relaunch the version 5.1 vCenters.
Access will be cut for no more than 15 minutes.
The vCenters in versions other than 5.1 will not be affected.

No downtime is expected on the VMs.
