Scheduled Maintenance Report for Web Cloud

We are going to synchronise the databases.

To do this, we will extract the data from the inactive database.
The active database will remain live and will ensure that calls are
are directed correctly.

During this extraction and resynchronisation process, we will have to shut down
the provisioning robots (number configuration, call redirect, etc.)
for 30 minutes.
