The CPU of this pair of routers is elevated, causing intermittent ping loss.
We are investigating.

We identified IPs that are making too much ARP queries and overloading the router.
We will contact customers in front and if no action is taken in 1 hour we will suspend the dedicated servers that are causing the issue.
The problem is related to the bad route configuration on VM: instead of searching only the MAC of default gateway, the VM searches MAC for all IPs that connect to it. We should replace the ip route commands in order to configure the VM properly.

We rolled back the patch. All IP/IPFO issues are now fixed.

It seems that a patch made IP/IPFO unavailable in BHS.
Our network team is working on it.

We've rolled back a configuration, which should solve all the unreachable IP/IPFO issues.

A corrective measure has been applied but seems to cause some IP/IPFO unreachable.
Our network team is currently actively working on resolving this issue.

We have added some protection on bhs-1/2-6k in order to reduce the load on the CPU.
