Get webhook notifications whenever Network & Infrastructure creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
During the inverter tests, prior to the generator test (https://status.ovh.co.uk/?do=details&id=5005),
we found a card of inverter 1 to be broken. The inverter is currently in bypass.
The manufacturer will intervene early evening.

Date: 2013-07-10 07:55:31 UTC During the last maintenance, the inverter was updated using software.
It turns out that the new software version has some bugs and in some cases, it leaves a slight desynchronisation between networks 1 and 2 of the inverter.
Which is what happened during our test.
The inverter just bypassed automatically following an electric shock, but no card was broken.
The load was not affected by these events.
The technician will bring it up with the manufacturer.
And obviously we have demanded a firmware that works (!!)
