We are going to carry out maintenance on all of the web hosting storage servers on the night of Tuesday 02/07 to Wednesday 03/07.
The operation consists of freeing up the resources that access the snapshots. Unavailability of 30 seconds to 2 minutes maximum per server is expected.
The operation is expected to begin at 1:00am.

We've found the cause of problem.
Nightly snapshots have been corrected, weekly snapshosts will be fixed automatically over the next 3 weeks.

The first update has been deployed on all servers.

Some users are receiving an error message \"421 Home directory not available - aborting\" when accessing some snapshots.
We are currently deploying new updates to counteract this problem.
The first is to allow snapshot rotations to continue to be done correctly.
The second is to resolve the snapshots via FTP accessibility problem.
