Following this malfunctioning, access to the RDP server provided OVH for connecting to the infrastructures is disrupted in the RBX2a zone.

The issue is to do with the security set-up that intervenes in the privateCloud infrastructure access restrictions.

For security purposes, when the access rule validations are no longer available/not updated, all access is in fact systematically refused.
We are restoring the whitelist synchronisation.

The list has now been updated, RDP access has been restored.

We are working to restore vCloud access.
