Resolved

Some customers using the api paypal payment, are now facing problems of connection to the paypal server from their hosting.
We are searching the origin of the problem.

The origin of the problem has been identified: connection problem from some gateways to the paypal server.
We are routing the connections towards the paypal server to another gateway in order to surround the problem.

We will then, contact paypal in order to check with them how to reset the initial performance.
