We have a problem with the installed battery on the supervisor card, which moved slightly during the transportation of the card. We will intervene to set it. Intervention expected around 14:00 CEST.

The router is back to its normal working. We \"took benefit\" from the crash to start directly on the new software version.
The routing problem that we were facing was solved at the same time.
We're working now on the resolution of the latency problem on the UK operators routed to this router (especially BT and Virgin Media).
When the router was off-line, the routing to the UK operators was ensured by ldn-5-6k. The trafic was however impacted by the switch duration. We are sorry for that.

The router crashed during the intervention. The reboot is being processed.
The router will restart to an updated version of the software.
