Incident Report for Network & Infrastructure
Resolved
We have put into technical evidence the problem forwarded by some customers as of about 1 month that we could see in this chart:
http://p19.smokeping.ovh.net/ovh-server-statistics/show.cgi?target=PING.AS12322

By re-cutting the problem in different directions we have found that the router gsw-1-6k was at the origin of the problem, since Turk Telecom has changed the rules of routing with OVH.
Therefore, we haven't got enough capacity access to Turk Telecom (via Level3). For an unknown reason, the fact that we saturate to Turk Telecom has impacted the traffic between gsw-g1-a9 and gsw-1-6k.

And there was neither impact on th2-g1-a9 et gsw-1-6k nor XXX-g1-a9 et th2-1-6k. We have redirected a part of the traffic to Turk Telecom via 2x10G via Amsterdam (via GBLX), the router gsw-1-6k has unloaded the links and we are having a new quality to Free. We are monitoring the Amsterdam router since it is really considered curious as a problem.
