A technician was in the site this morning for a maintenance visit on UPS4 (including batteries test).
The technician was on the starting point while the UPS was cutoff, we still do not know the reason.
A part of room 3, room 6, 4.1 and 4.2 were impacted (mono-alim servers).

The re-switching to online mode was done successfully and the UPS was stable since then.

The technicians have found a defect on the card that manages the tension measures.
This has been replaced.
We are switching the UPS to ON-LINE mode.

A second technician came as reinforcement in order to analyse the breakdown.
At the beginning, what happened was:
- The UPS had to detect an electric cutoff (which did not really happened)
- it had to move to battery
- the worst, it had to move on the by-pass
- but instead, the UPS was switched off urgently and had cut the supply.
