Resolved
An incident at the level of the datacente of p19 provokes strong perturbations on the shared hostings.
Our teams are intervening.

The Murphy Law:
Main servers (sql, filers, etc) are still having 2 redundant electrical supplies.
We are connecting both supplies on 2 different electrical paths (other circuit breakers, other circuits, etc).
A maintenance was processing on few racks (of the row Nxx) in order to switch one of both paths to another UPS. During this maintenance, both paths were supplied with the same UPS. This UPS broke down: http://status.ovh.net/?do=details&id=2927
We will fix the UPS and we'll end the maintenance as soon as possible to have again the servers right 2*N.

We still have ten important servers down, mainly at the level of the emails.

We have currently 25 important servers down , mainly on the emails and on cluster014.

The problem has an electrical origin and it was corrected.
All the impacted server are being back and the infrastructur will stabilize.
