Routing on vss-3 (roubaix3), vss-5a/b (roubaix4) was disrupted by an instability on the link Paris<>Strasbourg.
Following to the reparation of the cable on that link, the 10G links have been temporarily unstable which lead to an increase in CPU load on some routers caused by the recalculations' inconvenience of the OSPF routing protocol.
Routing is back to normal.
