The DHCP server does not respond any more to the DHCP requests.

The creation of new cloud is being done correctly but
the new cloud do not ping.

The problem comes from vRack which does no longer allow to
forward the DHCP packets. We have forced it by activating the
vlan on the 2 Nexus 5000 with just "no shutdown".

inter vlan XXXX-YYYY
no shut

and it works.

We ascend the bug to Cisco.
