We can not insert the card # 2 without freezing the chassis. We will let the router turn for now on the card #1 and we schedule an intervention far from peak hours to restart the chassis.

The intervention is planned for Monday morning at 10:00.

We are going to intervene on the router to have back the nominal configuration. The trafic will be interrupted during the switch.

We done the switch but the problem is always here. We are going to prepare 2 new additional cards to replace the 2 inexistent cards.

We restart the chassis with the 2 new cards. The trafic will be interrupted again.
