Our customers claimed connection problems (time-out) to the infrastructure of Facebook.
We are in touch with their NOC, but it seems the problem is more general (a bug has been opened: http://developers.facebook.com/bugs/182705755149358).

Reason for closing: Done
We exchange currently the trafic (in the 2 directions) with FB on the PAIX Nw York. We don't notice problems of quality on the trafic from/to FB since that.
We keep working with FB to identify the source of the problem. Maybe a problem on their network to Europe.
Facebook confirmed a problem on their LINX interco in London. The concernded 10G was desactivated until we have a definitive fix.
