FS#6018 — Circuit breaker output of UPS 3 RBX3

Completed
During the preventive maintenances of the UPS (http://travaux.ovh.net/?do=details&id=5854), we have detected
an abnormal heat on the output circuit breaker of UPS 3 at Roubaix 3.
We are currently preparing for the manoeuvring of this circuit bypass in a way that we can make an immediate reclamation
of the circuit breaker and its cables upstream/downstream. The intervention is programmed for Friday, 4th of November, very early in the morning.
The concerned circuit breaker supplies the servers of the racks 43XXX. The risk of getting a cut off is moderated.

The circuit breaker which is out of service was replaced and the load is being exploited in the normal way around 7h40.
End of the operation, everything went well as expected.
Vis a vis this circuit breaker, we suspect a narrowing default on one of the borders.
The regular thermography of the installations will be reinforced specifically at the beginning
of the load mounting, during the start up of the exploitation.

The by-pass of this circuit breaker was put in place and tested. There remains only
the manoeuvres, then correctives to be done.
