Details A defectuous disk blocked the reading/writing on the filerz.
It was not possible to isolate the disk in a soft manner, were were obliged to declipse the disk physically to unblock the situation.

The sites hosted on /homez.466 were impacted.

A new 'visual' identification system of the failed disks will allow us to manage quickly these situations in the future.
