The router is very loaded. We will look for the origin of the problem.

Update(s):
Date: 2011-09-24 23:36:31 UTC We blocked the acces for all the IPs that are used for the interco routers.
The attack is blocked. No problems anymore.
Date: 2011-09-24 23:05:42 UTC Same problem again on other intercos.
Date: 2011-09-22 15:41:38 UTC It is weird. It seems to be an attack.
Hmm ... let's put the private IPs which are not
accessible from the internet for this interco
vss-5a-6k(config-if)#ip address 192.168.200.0 255.255.255.254
% Warning: use /31 mask on non point-to-point interface cautiously
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:rbx-g2-a9(config-subif)#ipv4 add 192.168.200.1 255.255.255.254
it is up and the problem is no longer present.. !?
Date: 2011-09-22 15:38:52 UTC another channel port causes the problem. As if it comes with the
ipv6. We are still looking for the origin of the problem.
Date: 2011-09-22 15:15:08 UTC It seems impossible to find out the origin of the problem.
We have changed the IP for this interco
and it sounds better. There is still a little more somewhere.
not necessarily this one.
that is not a problem, we will find it another day.
