The card #2 has restarted again tonight. We will replace it.

The ports of the card #2 cannot mount again. The card out of service has probably left these ports in an inconsistent status. We will restart the complete chassis.
We will schedule this intervention tonight starting from midnight. The routing will be interrupted about 5 to 10min for the customers routed on gsw-3 (except in case there is a problem during the intervention).

We restart the router.

After the reboot, card #1 is not back and card #2 has always
its ports in default. We are going to attempt a hard reboot
and eventually replace on of the sups if necessary.

The router is online again with a normal online functionning
on the 2 cards. The 2 sup are activated but because of
a synchronisation problem on the 2 cards, the router lost
the L2 configuration (switching part) on the 2 cards at the same time
We had to downgrade the whole configuration.

We tested a failover on the card #2 toward card #1 . Everything is ok.
The router is back to its nominal functionning.
