FS#5455 — IPv6 pCC

We will add the IPv6 on the pCC.That's why we have to move to the \"version2\" of HSRP.
The routage will be highly available on IPv6 also.
Because of this operations the 2 routers will not be synchronised(one on V1 and the other on V2) and will trigger a cut between 2 and 5 seconds on the service(the remaining time for the other one to move to V2 so both will be back synchronised ).

It was done. The infra is ready for the IPv6.
