One of the uplinks of vss-3 to rbx-g2 is down.
We are looking for the origin of the problem.
Date: Saturday, 30 April 2011, 00:31AMWe are looking for the origin of the problem.
Reason for closing: Done
Additional comments about closing: The router is working properly again.
The problem seems to be caused by a hardware problem on a lincecard of rbx-g2. We moved the impacted link to another router port from g2 side. We are doing complementary tests.
Following a few tests performed by Cisco,it seems that a fail on the ship NP managing this port on the card is the origin of the problem.
We are waiting for a spare card in the next few hours.
We are replacing the linecard0 of rbx-g2 with a spare.
The intervention is done. The problem on the port 0/4 is fixed.
