We found a defect on the card #2 of this router:
May 29 11:30:45 GMT: %OIR-SP-6-PWRFAILURE: Module 2 is being disabled due to power convertor failure. PMB registers are dumped as follows, R0= 0x2, R1= 0x2, R2= 0x0, R3= 0x0, R4= 0x0, R5= 0x1, R6= 0x0, R7= 0x2, R8= 0x0, R9= 0x0, R10= 0x0, R11= 0x0, R12= 0x0, R13= 0x0, R14= 0x0, R15= 0x0
We will schedule its replacement.

The card has been succesfully replaced and the traffic has been re-routed to the IX.

In order to avoid congestion on the Dallas <> Newark uplink, we are totally disabling trafic to Equinix Dallas until the router's card replacement.

Some customers contacted us to report connectivity issues with the traffic going through our link with Equinix Dallas since a few hours. We have noticed an issue with the incoming traffic and have reset ports connected to it. Traffic levels seem back to normal since. If you are still experiencing network issues through Equinix Dallas, please contact our support team.
