The router has just crashed again.

Comment by OVH - Monday, 28 March 2011, 21:29PM

The router was literalyy "shut down" for the second time in 48 hours
but it does not give any precise indication. We suspect nevertheless
the card #5 to be the cause of the problem. We replace it.

Comment by OVH - Monday, 28 March 2011, 21:30PM

The card #1 shows also signs of bugs. We will replace it.

Comment by OVH - Monday, 28 March 2011, 21:33PM

Impossible to remount the card #1 in standby :
Standby supervisor 1 redundancy/power mgmt board detection mismatch

The problem must come from the card #2. We must force a whole restarting
on the card #1 in order to go back to a stable status.

Comment by OVH - Monday, 28 March 2011, 22:39PM

We reinserted the original card #1 and replaced the card #2 by the spare then tested a switchover to switch back to card #2 without causing a new defect.
We keep closely monitoring the running of the router.

Comment by OVH - Tuesday, 29 March 2011, 00:04AM

We have just removed the netflow. The router is not overloading anymore.

Comment by OVH - Tuesday, 29 March 2011, 06:31AM

The whole router was crashed again. There is a card which crashed all the router.
It needs to be found. Or else it's the whole frame.

Comment by OVH - Tuesday, 29 March 2011, 06:33AM

Since the card #2 has been already changed. we are going to change card #1.
The router has been switched on the card #2. the #1 has been restarted and blocked during the boot.
We are replacing it.
