01/28/2016 15:43:05 GMT - Field Services have located the damage and reported that a utility company damaged a duct housing Level 3 cable. 1250 meters of cable will have to be replaced. The repair team has been engaged and is en route to the damage location. No ETA of the repair team was provided.

01/28/2016 12:45:51 GMT - The field technician has identified a fiber cut approximately 46 kilometers from the Slough site towards London. An Outside Plant Engineer is being contacted to assist with fiber path recognition. Troubleshooting efforts are ongoing with no ETTR available at this time.
