We'll add a command in the routers that can
synchronize the MAC table on all DFC of all
cards. This avoids various problems related to the Learning
of the position of a MAC.

The command has the effect of emptying all known MAC
so the router will re-learn everything again. Normally this
has no consequence on the operation of routing. But if
we add this command is that we got another problem
