In order to upgrade MySQL 5.0 to 5.5, we have performed several tests, but we missed a bug. So, after the upgrade of one of the critical servers MySQL to 5.5, we have detected a bug associated to the use of ORDER BY and LIMIT in the same SQL request. The MySQL server does not meet the right índex, and makes a full scan, which causes a delay of some seconds for all of the requests. This is serious for the critical bases. You probably had a 500 error on APIv6, the manager, the site and the order system.

We found 2 requests which caused problems and we forced the indexs in these requests so that MySQL does not choose which índex to use.

We will check all requests on slave to look if we missed any other.
