FS#1065 — FS#5076 — Netdump - Blockade of IP adresses

The automatic blockade system (Netdump) has restarted yesterday morning. For a few days, the communication between the SLA servers and the netdump was interrupted leading to black hole in the system. Some IP addresses were brutally cut off without any warning mail in advance. However, those cut off are legitimate and not abusive from our side.

We have just reset everything to unblock the IP addresses. We are currently listing customers impacted by this problem in order to restore the suspended IPs as soon as possible. You can however unblock your IP directly from your manager.

A corrective is being written in order to avoid this problem in the future.
