The FEX in this rack is no longer responding. We will investigate.

I reloaded the 2 switches one after another and applied the work-around.

The FEXs are back up and the servers are reachable.

Note1: the bug is only affecting the 5548Ps; the 5548*U*P are no affected.
Note2: the work-around is not working 100%, but will be very soon.
The fallback solution downgraded to 7.0.5.

Looked into it with Cisco. it may be linked to the CSCuu07598 bug.

We will reload it and apply the work-around.
