The router is defective. We remove the card #2, and restarts
the chassis with a single card.

First card has finished booting. Everything is up again.
We will now boot the 2nd card.

The second card is up.
as there is a second global router crash http://status.ovh.net/?do=details&id=997
there will be a third because we do not know which card is
at the origin of the crash. So we let the series cards
in "output" and we monitor the router. when
it will crash the next time we will know what card
is the cause of the crash and we will change it.
